Highlights:
Set custom auto-reply messages for clients

The new Away Message feature allows administrators to automatically notify clients when they reach out outside of clinic hours or anytime you choose.
Getting started:
Go to the Settings page
Enable away message using the toggle
Choose whether the away message is sent only outside office hours or at all times. If you chose “Outside office hours”, set up your office hours
Create your custom away message
Click “Save changes”, and you’re done!
You can choose whether the away message is sent only outside office hours or at all times, depending on your needs. This feature helps you keep clients informed, even when you’re away, ensuring they always feel acknowledged.
